Our Team

Alex James
Founder
Alex specialises in commercial real estate investment and has advised on more than US$3 billion of global property transactions. He has worked with institutional investors, overseas capital, property companies, and private investors across a range of real estate investment strategies.
He began his career at DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) before joining Knight Frank, where he held senior roles including Global Capital Markets Partner and Head of Private Client Advisory, focusing on large-scale real estate investment transactions.
Alex holds a degree in Investment & Finance in Real Estate from the University of Reading and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Ray James
Head of Asset Management
Ray has over three decades of experience in commercial real estate and asset management, beginning his career in retail agency in the early 1990s with Dalgleish & Co (now CBRE) and Lambert Smith Hampton.
He has held senior asset management roles across institutional and public-sector organisations, including Prudential Portfolio Managers (now M&G), F&C REIT/Bank of Montreal, Capital & Regional, and the Church Commissioners, overseeing a wide range of UK property assets.
Ray holds a degree in Urban Estate Management and a postgraduate law qualification (Common Professional Examination) from the University of South Wales.
